Wine Tasting and Seminar This Weekend
Join us this Friday for a wine tasting and then on Saturday afternoon for a wine seminar!  Friday’s tasting runs from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Guests can enjoy tasting their choice of four of the six wines below for just $5 per person, or try one each of all six for $7.50.
  • Hannapoline Brut Nature – 100% Gamay Noir sparkling wine from Beaujolais!
  • Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Chardonnay – Fruit forward with apple, nectarine and guava
  • BW&F Private Label “Le Blanc” – 100% Viognier, vanilla with hints of lilac, peach and apricot
  • BW&F Private Label “Le Rose”– Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault from the southern Rhone region, crisp and fragrant with floral character
  • BW&F Private Label “Le Rouge” – A Cotes-du-Rhone with bitter cherry candy and spice
  • Chalk Hill Estate RRV Pinot Noir – 2013, a fabulous vintage with flavors off cherry, cocoa and raspberry, vibrant acidity with a long finish
These wines will be offered by the bottle at special prices this weekend only. Stock up for your weekend or add to your cellar!
Don’t miss our upcoming Wine Seminar, “The Art of Tasting” on Saturday July 21st, 4:30 – 6:00 pm. Jessica Sabiston, Certified Sommelier with Empire Distributors will guide us through four Old World / New World wine pairings.
That’s eight pours total accompanied by appetizers prepared by Beaufort Grocery Co. Compare and contrast, learn how the experts taste.
Tickets are only $25 and seating is limited to 28 attendees.
Our retail wine store is open for regular business hours Mon – Thur from 10 am – 4 pm, Friday from 10 am – 8 pm and Saturday evenings from 3 – 8 p.m. It is located at Beaufort Wine & Food, 129 Middle Lane, Historic Beaufort.
