The Museum & Heritage Center has become a key part of our community as it has grown over its first 25 years. Community involvement has been the key to making the first 25 years a success. We recognize that continued community relevance and focus remain vital for sustained growth and viability as we plan for the next 25 years.
We are inviting Down East community members between the ages of 15-60 to join us at 6:00pm on November 20th at 500 Stacy Loop Rd in Stacy, NC to help us start the process of preparing for our future. We cannot do it without strong community involvement and support.
While we are proud of what we have built, literally from the ground up in our first 25 years, it is our strong belief that our vision to “enhance the community, state and region” cannot be realized without strong ties and input from our Core Sound and Down East Communities.
Please join us on November 20th @ 6:00pm. Feel free to bring anyone else that you think is willing to contribute to this effort. Food will be provided.
